The booking process is completely online, so it is streamlined for your convenience. You can make a booking at any time- day or night, no matter where you live. We will respond to your queries and anticipate being able to confirm your booking within 24 hours.

Booking Process

Step 1 Check the daily room rate published on the monthly Calender (above) for each type of unit (A= Spa Apartment, S=Studio Double, TS = Twin Share). This is the amount you will pay for each day of your stay. The Total Amount will be the number of days booked times the daily unit rate. Subject any discount % displayed on this Booking Page.

Please Note:

·        The minimum stay is 3 days.

·        The published daily rates are based on a booking for 2 adults per day per unit. (Additional rental fees will be charged depending on the age of children and number of additional guests).

·        The published daily rates vary due to seasonal, demand and competition factors.

·        Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10% is charged by the Australian Government and will be added to the Total amount payable of the invoice.

 Step 2 Make the booking by completing the electronic request form and submitting the required supporting documents e.g. Photo ID

 Please Note:

·         You can cancel your reservation right up until when you make payment. After this time your payment is non-refundable.

·        When you click ‘submit’ you are stating that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy relating to your booking and stay (refer the links below). Should you have any queries about the contents of these documents please do not hesitate to ask for clarification via email before submitting your booking request?

 Step3 Once your reservation has been accepted, we will send you a written confirmation email and additional information about:

·        Dates booked and check-in and check-out details and payment confirmation.

·        Name’s and contact numbers of customer care personnel.

·        Further details about your accommodation and the resort e.g. Wi-Fi password, Key access, emergency services etc.

·        Local information about suggested places to go, fantastic restaurants, what’s on news and other matters of interest to visitors.
