Resort Rules

To ensure you have a happy and enjoyable stay it is important that all guests comply with the Resort Rules. These rules and additional information about the Resort and your booking are outlined below. This page provides additional information about indoor and outdoor facilities at the Resort and Booking Rules.

  • The Bathroom is stocked with Toilet paper, Towels, soap, moisturizing cream and hair wash product.

  • The Laundry has Washing Machine detergent, Dishwasher Tablets, Drying Hoist, Vacuum Cleaner, Dust pan & brush and Cobweb Broom.

  • The Kitchen (where applicable) has dishwashing detergent, drying rack, electric jug for tea & coffee making, milk and sugar. Appliance instructions are placed in a cupboard draw.

  • This Living room includes a remote operated Flat-screen TV with Netflix streaming and free to air TV. 

  • Wi-Fi is available in the room and is free of charge. The password will be provided with your booking confirmation.

 Indoor & Outdoor

  • Free parking is available onsite (reservation is not needed). Undercover parking is accessible via key card 

  • Accessible Parking is available in the undercover car park, conveniently located opposite the lifts. Wheel chair accessible Toilets are also provided on the ground floor.

  • Reception Services include: baggage storage; Fax/Photocopying (charges may apply).

  • Safety& Security includes: Fire extinguishers, CCTV inside and outside the building; Smoke Alarms; Keycard access and Safe.

  • This is a Smoke-free property with a designated smoking area

  • Outdoor swimming pools have keycard access. Features include: Lagoon style infinity pool; heated pool; children's pool area, Lap pool, Beach chairs/Lounges; Beach umbrellas and Bar Services.

  • Hair/Beauty Salon opposite reception 

  • Spa and Fitness Centre

  • Meeting/ Banquet facilities (additional charges apply)

  • Language spoken is English.

  • Water lilies Restaurant offers a full hot breakfast and opens at 7am. Its cuisine is Australian local.

Booking Rules

  • Proof of Identity – A scanned copy of either a current drives license (front and back) or passport )main page) is to be emailed to info@luxurystaz.com.au at the time of booking.

  • Adults - Only adults i.e. persons over 18 years of age can make a booking.

  • Payment - Payment in advance is required at time of booking and is to be made by Credit Card. We accept valid Visa, Master and American Express credit or debit cards. Please note: there is a 1.43% surcharge when paying by Visa or MasterCard credit card and there is a 1.98% surcharge when you pay with American Express credit card. The name on the credit card used for payment must match the name of the person making the booking and whose proof of identity has been provided.

  • Currency Exchange – The applicable currency for prices and payment is the Australian Dollar (AUD). All exchange rate and transaction costs are payable by the guest.

  • Damages & Refund Policy – A Damage Bond of AUD 300 is to be paid at the time of booking finalisation. This will be collected by credit card and should be refunded in full, subject to an inspection of the property, within 7 days of Checkout. If the inspection reveals damage or property loss, the refund will be adjusted to cover the full amount of damage or loss restitution required to reinstate the property and its contents to the condition at the time of Checkin. Should damages exceed AUD 300, the booking guest will be liable to pay for the full cost of the damage repairs and compensation for any loss endured by the owners as a result of the rental.

  • Applicable Law – The law applicable to this contract is the law applicable in the State of Queensland, Australia.

  • Parties - A strict no party policy applies.
